![]() One of the TOP QUESTIONS that brides to be ask us is “Are Destinations More Expensive than Traditional Weddings?”—the answer is “No” (in most cases). Destination wedding packages can appeal to couples on more of a budget because the destination wedding packages will usually include details that you would have to pay for in most cases. Usually the destination wedding package includes your wedding location (from where you want to get married, to the set-up, cake, bridal bouquet, and more), reception (location and dinner with drinks), personal wedding coordinator, travel coordinator for you and your guests, AND your Honeymoon is usually included in the package. The average cost for a traditional wedding in the United States is between $15,000 (fewer than 50 guests) and $35,000 (between 100-200 guests). NEITHER of these figures include your honeymoon costs. With some of our wedding resort partners, the total cost for your wedding, honeymoon, and all activities can easily stay under $10,000. Your guests get to make a vacation out of your wedding.
Most all our wedding resort partners offer all-inclusive packages at their resorts. All Inclusive Packages include meals, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), entertainment, non-motorized activities, and more. This will make your wedding event more enjoyable to your guests. Picture being in a beachy paradise with all the people that are important to you in life—there are no worries—you are all enjoying gourmet meals, drinks, watching world class entertainment—AND being catered to. The memories will last forever. Our Beach Specialists can help you with additions that you may want to add to your package such as more group events (rehearsal dinner etc.) or to hold larger wedding receptions if you wish. Depending on the number of room nights that you and your guests book—a lot of these extras can be added complimentary (at some resorts). Some resorts include resort credits on rooms when you have a destination wedding at their property; that can be used on your wedding package, spa services, room upgrades, gifts, excursions, and more.
